Returns
At Glamstach, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your customized mug, you may return it within 15 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email us at Support@glamstach.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the Return Authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund processing time is typically 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not defective or damaged. We encourage you to carefully review all product details and customization options before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
